Design and Drawing
The first step involves designing the furniture using specialized CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. This software allows for the creation of detailed 3D models of the furniture, including all dimensions and technical specifications. The 3D rendering provides a realistic visualization of the final product, making it easier to modify the design if necessary. Additionally, all accessories (such as hinges, handles, and screws) are virtually pre-assembled in the software, ensuring perfect compatibility during the final assembly.

Panel Optimization

Panel Cutting
The optimized panels are then cut using an automatic panel saw. This machine is programmed based on data from CAD software to ensure precise and fast cutting, delivering high-quality results.

Labeling Each Piece
After cutting, each piece is individually labeled. These labels contain crucial information such as the piece identifier, its dimensions, and its position in the final furniture assembly. This ensures tracking of each component throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.

Automatic Machining and Drilling
The cut and labeled pieces are then sent to high-performance CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining and drilling centers. These machines perform drilling, milling, and other necessary operations with great precision and high speed, ensuring that all parts fit together perfectly.

Edge Banding
After machining, the edges of the parts are banded using a fully automatic CNC machine specialized in edge banding. This machine ensures efficient, uniform, and durable adhesion of the edges, which is especially important for furniture exposed to moisture, reducing the risk of swelling and panel delamination. Proper edge banding enhances the durability of the parts, extends the furniture's lifespan, and provides a smooth and professional finish.

Assembly
Finally, the machined and laminated parts are ready for assembly. Thanks to the precision of the previous drilling and machining processes, the assembly is very simple and quick. The pre-drilled holes and pre-machined parts enable assembly without the need for additional adjustments, thus eliminating the requirement for a highly skilled professional to perform this task. This fully automated process ensures fast, efficient, and high-quality production, allowing furniture to be manufactured with great precision and minimal waste.
